Read by the people who do the work
Tell us what your message is about and it goes to the team that handles it, rather than into a general queue.
Four ways to reach us, and what each is best for
Every channel below reaches the same team. Pick whichever suits what you need — the message does not travel faster for being formal.
Anything that needs a record: proposals, documents, formal requests and introductions.

Questions we are asked most
If your question is here, you have your answer without waiting for a reply.
We reply to every enquiry, usually within one working day. If it is time-sensitive, please call. The office is open Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 EAT, and anything that arrives outside those hours is picked up the next working morning. Every enquiry gets a reply — including the ones we cannot help with, because being told no quickly is more useful than being left waiting.
Tell us what you need and we will tell you honestly whether we can help yet. Our services span community health and rehabilitation, household finance and savings, skilling and enterprise pathways, agribusiness and nutrition, clean energy, and inclusion support for women, youth, refugees and persons with disabilities. We are early, so not every service is running everywhere — where it is not, we will say so and point you to who does.
Tell us what you are trying to solve and where you already work. We partner with government and local government, universities and research institutes, civil society, faith-based institutions, private sector actors, technical agencies, development partners and financing institutions. A first meeting is usually about whether the problem you have and the model we run actually fit — not about signing anything.
Neither, in the way the question is usually meant. We are a company limited by guarantee operating for shared public benefit: surpluses are reinvested rather than distributed, and we mobilise partnerships and catalytic capital for investable, enterprise-led projects. We do not run a grants window. If you are a funder or financing institution, the pipeline is what you want.
We do not have an open vacancy list to point you at yet. Apprenticeships, internships and enterprise incubation are part of the model rather than an afterthought, so it is worth writing — choose “Working with us” as your topic, tell us what you can do and what you want to learn, and we will keep it on file rather than lose it in a general inbox.
Our head office is at Plot 1 Colville Street, Communication House, 8th Floor, Central Division, Nakasero 1, Kampala, Uganda. It is open Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 EAT. If you are making a journey to see us, message or call first so we can make sure the person you need is there.
