We reply to every enquiry, usually within one working day. If it is time-sensitive, please call. The office is open Mon–Fri, 08:00–17:00 EAT, and anything that arrives outside those hours is picked up the next working morning. Every enquiry gets a reply — including the ones we cannot help with, because being told no quickly is more useful than being left waiting.

Our work spans health products and services, agribusiness and food systems development, local production, research and technology, and climate and environment services. We are early, so not everything is available everywhere — where it is not, we will say so and point you to who can help.
Tell us what you are trying to solve and where you already work. We work with government agencies, development partners, universities and research institutes, healthcare providers, farmer organisations, agribusinesses, cooperatives and financing institutions. A first meeting is usually about whether the problem you have and the model we run actually fit — not about signing anything.
Watu Wazuri Enterprises Limited is a company limited by shares. It earns revenue from products, services and enterprises and reinvests its surpluses into innovation, community development and product improvement. It does not run a grants window.
